Entertain, Educate and Empower!
Welcome to The Black Economy! I created this website to teach people the basics for making money and creating wealth in their life. Rule # 1 is Ambition!
If you don't have this essential trait, it doesn't matter how many self-help books you read, financial seminars you attend or business mentors you have, you will never become truly wealthy! It's that simple.
By living in Capitalist America you have an extraordinarily easy opportunity to make money and accumulate wealth, when compared to all other countries. However, you must first understand that Capitalism is a game, and like all games there are rules.
Some people think the game is too hard and have decided not to play. Unfortunately, some of these people are the homeless, the poor, the criminals, and the drug addicts you see in every city across America. When homeless people come up to me and ask for money, I gladly give it to them and leave my business card hoping they will one day discover the ambition lying dormant inside them, which will force them to ask the burning question - how can I become wealthy?
The Black Economy is your map to financial success and will focus on teaching you the rules to the game of Capitalist America. I remember in high school, my friends and I always hated going to Geometry and Chemistry class because we never thought we would use the material in real life. Unlike Geometry and Chemistry, the financial concepts featured in The Black Economy will provide you with real-life advice and money-making tools that you can apply in your daily life.
In order to make money and accumulate wealth you must study money, business, economics, and wealth. You have to recite your financial goals and plans everyday just as you recite your favorite R&B and/or Hip-Hop song. In due time those money thoughts will become ingrained in your brain and produce actions that will assist you on the road to wealth.
Michael Jordan practiced countless hours on the court and became the greatest basketball player ever. 2pac Shakur wrote hundreds of songs before he died and read extensively to become one of the greatest rappers of all time. So why do people think it's unnecessary to practice business and study money and wealth in order to produce the same great results? The answer: Simply because it requires thinking, and for some just like in high school, thinking is hardly an option because it requires time and effort. However, if you truly want to stack dollars, it's the only way.
Don't let others talk you out of your dreams by quoting money myths like, "you can't invest in real estate, it cost too much" or "it takes money to make money." While investing in real estate can be expensive, I know people who have purchased and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate for only a few hundred dollars down. The key is to not really own property, but to control property with a contract.
Finally, as for my favorite money myth, "it takes money to make money"-it does! It does not however, have to be your own money. When I became a clothing wholesaler, I rarely used my own money because of the relationships I developed with my suppliers. I was able to use leverage to manage over one million dollars worth of inventory because of my reputation. Now that's a line of credit! I would then resale the inventory, take my profits, pay my supplier and repeat the process.
In every business opportunity I encounter I try to see how I can become the middleman, broker, or whatever you want to call me. I prefer to be called simply a MONEYMAKER!
